For our division Retail Management, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant Buying & Merchandising for a retail recruitment agency in London.

Job description:
In the role of Senior Consultant Buying & Merchandising, you are responsible for new business generation. You make canvass calls and carry out overall activities to meet sales/gross profit targets. You visits clients and identify and follow up on business leads. You develop a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture. You identify their needs and provide feedback on success of filling jobs. You network internally and externally with clients, you write and place advertisement in newspapers and on websites, and conduct effective and efficient database search on relevant skills sets for clients. You headhunt, identify and approach suitable candidates and keep in regular contact to review progress and performance. Further on, you will administrates duties and update and maintain client and candidate information database and any other duties as required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate Skillz Recruitment is looking for has a Bachelor degree. You have a minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, especially in the field of retail. You are communicative, sales driven and target oriented. You are organised, able to work under pressure and customer focused. You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
