For our division Footwear & Accessories, we are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager for a luxury brand in Italy.

Job description:
In the role of Supply Chain Manager you are responsible for the logistics process including production planning. You are in charge of constantly monitoring the production progress to guarantee that the finished products can be delivered at the scheduled times. You make sure that the collection and brands are planned correctly and delivered on time. Furthermore you are in charge of sourcing and procurement of raw materials (fabrics, packaging etc.) You manage the warehouse operations and the logistics of the raw materials and finished products. You develop sourcing strategies to find the right suppliers to reduce costs.  You work closely with the production and quality team.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate Skillz Recruitment is looking for has a Master or MBA degree in Industrial Engineering. You have 8 years of work experience, of which 4 years in a relevant industry. You master the English and Italian language perfectly word and writing. As a Supply Chain Manager you have managerial skills, you are a good negotiator, you can delegate, build strong teams and are able to motivate and inspire. Furthermore you are an innovator in your line of business.
