Job description:

Working together with buyers you help develop strategic and tactical plans to ensure maximum sales, inventory and bottom line profitability. You will develop financial strategies by analyzing historical data and current leads and identify risk and opportunities by department and class. Working with category partners, merchandisers and business unit you will develop a comprehensive strategy aligning the financial and product opportunities. Up to date information is very important, you will recap and forecast data in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Create open to buy forecasts. You will manage a small team (coach, train and develop).

Requirements:

The ideal candidate Skillz Recruitment is looking for has at least 5 years experience in retail planning or buying environment. Multi-store environment experience is preferred. Experience in a multi-currency environment and complex gross margin profitability planning. Financial analytical skills are must (retail math, financial planning and assortment planning skills). Knowledge of electronic planning systems such as open-to-buy, distribution and reporting. Need experience with SVi (Island Pacific) or other similar planning tool. Prior management experience and team management skills. Detail-oriented, well organized with good analytical skills. English fluency required.

Salary: EUR 40.000 – EUR 60.000

Job description:

In the role of Buyer Women’s Sports and Urban Wear you are responsible for the strategic planning, leadership and success of your category.  Your goal is to create a retail position in the category.  As functional team member of the category team you work together to achieve business goals.  You need to manage your category team by coaching, training and developing members.  You will be responsible for putting your category up front in the product creation process. Communication is key as you need to share your vision and business result with business units, functional and category teams.  Once a month you will participate in a business review meeting with Allocation and Planning.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate Skillz Recruitment is looking for has a minimum of 5 years retail buying experience with a bachelor level thinking skills and action.  You need to be an expert in excel and have experience with a merchandising system.  Needs to have experience or genuine interest in sports and urban fashion.  People management experience a must.  English language required, more languages preferred.

Salary: €40.000 – €60.000
